Senior leadership position providing strategic direction and guidance with respect to Credit Administration activities, including tasks associated with underwriting and presenting commercial loans to the bank's committee system for approval, engaging third party professionals for appraisals and environmental assessments, monitoring construction related disbursements and advance formulas, and maintaining bank's credit policy. Develops sound Risk practices throughout Credit administration and participates in the decisions and narrative to the CECL model. As the Bank grows this position will be key in ensuring the Bank has resolved any GAP issues within Credit Administration to cross over to 10B and beyond. Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements strategic plan necessary to support the credit administration activities associated with commercial lending. Incorporates best practices into credit operations policy and procedure. Reconfigures Loan Proposal as appropriate, incorporating best practices and analysis to enhance the decision process. Includes development of personal financial spreads, expansive quantitative financial analysis and implementation of global cash flow concepts. Recruits and develops entry level professionals in Credit Analysis and maintains appropriate staffing levels to support increasing loan demand. Includes assisting Credit Analysts in career goals, promoting career objectives and accelerating productivity. Provides leadership, guidance and mentoring to Credit Analysis, Construction Administration, Credit Policy and Secured Credit divisions, Credit Risk, Data Analytics/Credit Systems Administration and Loan Documentation Member of Senior Loan Committee, participating in the discussion and decision of mid-market commercial lending relationships. Develops staffing models and evaluates processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Exercises individual loan authority to effect renewals and modifications. Develops strategic relationships in the business community to promote the awareness of S&T careers. Works closely with the Chief Credit Officer to assess and implement policies and controls. Assesses industry and concentration risks and provides other management reports as directed. Negotiates and contracts for specialized vendor services, such as credit services and industry research tools. All Deposit Credit Risk will be developed, assessed and managed. Assumes additional responsibilities as required. Physical Demands Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
