Associate Director, Senior Project Manager/Planner

Job Description , Senior Project Manager/Planner Indiana University of Pennsylvania is seeking qualified applicants for an Associate Director, Senior Project Manager/Planner. The successful candidate will work independently to provide project management and planning services for all university projects in collaboration with the Director of Planning & Construction. This position will manage and provide leadership for construction projects from design through construction including budget development and payment tracking as well as reviewing construction documents for accuracy and adherence to industry and university construction standards. The Associate Director will also work closely with the Director of Maintenance and Facilities Operations to coordinate and provide guidance on in-house projects to develop and enforce quality guidelines for exterior and interior architectural treatments, electrical and HVAC projects as well as infrastructure projects. The Associate Director will train, supervise and evaluate staff as needed and will assist with the development and management of annual budgets to include providing cost estimates for current and future projects. The candidate will provide professional input into the execution and administration of the universitys long-range master plan, infrastructure and take a lead role in space planning. Minimum position requirements include:
Bachelors Degree or combination of Associates Degree AND 5 years of related industry work experience and current Project Manager Certification or equivalent within one year of hiring.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
