Are you looking for a flexible schedule with the ability to work around your availability! We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Business Services and the Director of Human Resources.

We offer a flexible part-time opportunity (10-15 hours per week) and allows to work around life situations.

Education/Experience At least one year of experience working with highly sensitive material with professionalism and confidentiality.
At least one year of experience Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and/or QuickBooks experience is preferred.
OR At least one year of experience working in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Post-High School training/education is a plus.
Abilities:
General computer knowledge and the ability to perform administrative tasks.
File maintenance, processing transactions and performing data entry.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to assess and respond to the needs of members and staff.
Experience with Excel and/or other database to create reports is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
