Assists the Section Coordinator in training and mentoring new couriers, including maintaining the knowledge of all runs within specified Transportation regions.
Assists the Section Coordinator in scheduling service, preparing reports, and fleet management.
Sorts and or delivers interoffice mail as required.
Essential Job Responsibilities__________________________________ 1.
Maintains the skills, knowledge and flexibility to complete all transportation schedules as determined by management from time to time.
2.
Assists the Section Coordinator in training and mentoring new couriers, including maintaining the knowledge of all runs within specified Transportation regions.
3.
Assists the Section Coordinator in scheduling service, preparing reports, and fleet management.
4.
Performs a variety of duties relating to the transporting of items for central processing as illustrated by the following:
a.
Provides general courier service between offices according to a predetermined schedule.
b.
Delivers interoffice and U.
S.
mail.
c.
Transports items for central processing and delivers daily work to correspondent banks, interoffice mail for FCB, and interoffice mail for affiliates of FCFC.
5.
Sorts and or delivers interoffice mail as required.
6.
Adheres to routine maintenance schedule for company vehicles for washing, oil changes, tune-ups, tires, and state vehicle inspections.
7.
Conducts driving in a safe and legal manner within the state vehicle code and within employer procedures developed for the transit function.
8.
Delivers marketing materials and office supplies as required.
9.
Performs additional duties as requested.
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________ 1.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Technical
Experience:
Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient timeliness.
3.
Certifications:
Must complete Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) Highway Safety Training or other designated driver safety course within first 6 months of employment and every 3 years thereafter or as scheduled by management.
4.
Travel:
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Necessary driving skills to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
