The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
