Essential Job Responsibilities__________________________________ 1.
Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support assigned manager(s), of which the following are illustrative:
a.
Analyzes problems and performs research on existing departmental procedures, the consequences of changing current procedures, cost effects of new equipment, and other aspects of the manager's area of responsibility; compiles data into reports and makes recommendations to the manager.
b.
Handles routine correspondence either by writing or telephoning a response or redirecting matters to proper parties to expedite handling.
c.
Reviews the status of projects and activities under the manager's authority; maintains a tickler file in order to follow up and assure timely completion.
d.
Passes information gathered to the manager for further action.
e.
Prepares preliminary work on various future projects.
f.
Performs various administrative tasks, i.

g.
Receives and screens telephone calls; refers the call to the appropriate department as necessary.
h.
Receives and screens individuals (visitors/customers) and directs them to appropriate personnel as necessary.

Prepares various reports required for meetings of the Board of Directors and/or other staff meetings as assigned.
j.
Maintains current knowledge of bank products and their benefits; identifies and suggests these products and services to customers as opportunities arise; refers customer to proper person and department as necessary.
k.
Handles special projects as directed, coordinating with the individuals essential to the assignment.
2.
Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate bank personnel.
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________ 1.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year work related experience.
2.
Proficient typing skills; ability to operate word processing equipment or sufficient knowledge to use word processing software.
3.
Knowledge of various office machines including PC applications.
4.
Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematical skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills.
5.
Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
