Fraud monitoring for the debit card portfolio using our fraud detection system.
Also responsible for data entering new account uploads and system maintenances for our commercial credit card portfolio and ensuring the integrity of required documentation.
Familiarity or willingness to learn how to extract data from various software systems, such as Monarch and Synergy, to create monthly management statistical analysis.

Reconcilement of Suspense Accounts 2.
Balance system reports to General Ledger Accounts 3.
Researching of various system and input problems 4.
Clearing Unposted Items 5.
Complies with regulations and laws relating to the function of the position.

Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to the requests from customers, other bank personnel, etc.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________ 1.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in Accounting or related field is preferred 2.
Above average analytical ability.

Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematical skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills.
4.
Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
