This position is also responsible for processing incoming return requests, system maintenance in JHA, and extracting EDI data from Synergy and the FED website to send to external clients.
Review of government reclamations and death notifications for possible return of government funds.
Extracting data from various systems (such as JHA and Synergy), to create monthly management statistical analysis.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; good reading, writing and grammar skills; proficient math skills; data entry experience; good verbal communication skills, and above average analytical ability.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
