Function:
Assumes responsibility for assigned functions related to execution of the Third-Party Provider Risk Management Program (Program).
May include providing assistance in the assessment, measurement, monitoring and control of risks related to the Program and third-parties conducting business with S&T.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintains and uses knowledge and understanding of specialized certifications; relevant laws and regulations; and policies and procedures that apply to position responsibilities.
Assists and provides support with maintaining Program governance, such as recommendations for policy and procedure revisions based upon an evolving industry and regulatory environment.
Coordinates ongoing meetings with business line management to review, finalize and submit vendor risk assessments in a timely manner pursuant to Program requirements.
Assists with preparing various Program metrics or dashboards distributed to executive management, Information Security Committee or Risk Committee.
Assists with developing and maintaining employee awareness and training materials relative to vendor risk and performance.
Assists with identification and escalation of elevated risks or critical issues in conjunction with executing the Program.
Provides assistance for second line monitoring of business line's responsibility related to assessing vendor's performance and adherence to service level agreements.
Maintains a good working relationship with Bank employees.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the Program and in turn, the organization.
Performs additional duties as required.
Physical Demands:
Operates a keypad device 80% of the day; operates office equipment 5% of the day; travels:
5% of the day.
The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows and legs.
Standing is required 5% of the day, sitting is required 90% of the day, walking is required 5% of the day and is slow in speed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
