Salespersons are responsible for the selling of vehicles through their understanding and demonstration of characteristics, capabilities and features of the vehicles.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Begin each day prepared, organized and ready to manufacture a car deal Log every walk-in, phone-up and prospect into the dealership CRM and set appropriate next action Maintain certified status for all brands at your location Master and present the Ultimate Advantage to each customer when greeting Follow processes outlined by Tri Star Follow all sold and unsold customers daily, weekly, monthly and beyond as appropriate Walk new and used car inventory daily to stay abreast of changes in inventory Check in and out of dealership with Sales Manager and Receptionist Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, meeting prospects at community activities, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions Qualifying buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models, building rapport Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features, taking drives, explaining warranties and services Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase contracts, explaining provisions, explaining and offering warranties, services and financing, collecting payment, delivering automobile Provide sales management information by completing reports Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
