Summary:
The Dining Assistant assists patients with menu selection according to diet orders.
Works cooperatively with team members.
Must demonstrate skill and knowledge and ability to address neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric nutrition concerns.
Must calculate calorie, protein and other nutrient restricted diets.
Must be competent in Diabetic Diet exchange, Carbohydrate Counting and Renal Diet exchange management and other therapeutic diets.
Acts as dining assistant to personalize room service program.
Can check tray line as needed.
Must be able to multitask and follow through with multiple systems to assure compliance to doctor's orders.
Must possess strong customer service skills and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Required:
Previous patient interaction preferred along with experience with modified menus Skills Required if Applicable:
Must possess strong, positive interpersonal skills.
Must be able to adapt to change.
Must be able to read and write English and perform mathematical calculations.
Must be able to work independently with a wide variety of personality types.
Must be able to handle stress and a fast paced office environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
