30PM Senior LIFE is currently seeking a Member Assistant Specialist to fill a full time, permanent, position at Senior LIFE Benefits of the Member Assistant Specialist Monday - Friday, Daylight Schedule Competitive Pay Comprehensive Benefits Package 401k Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Off Paid Travel Time Mileage Reimbursement Responsibilities of the Member Assistant Specialist Precepting new Home Health Aides to their roles Facilitate new hire competencies and education Home Care Coverage for open visits Helping with participant care in center to include day room coverage and shower assistance Additional responsibilities as assigned Requirements of the Member Assistant Specialist Must have a valid Driver's License, vehicle and current auto insurance Related experience in the field is required Experience working with the elderly population Vaccination from covid-19 or an exemption is a condition for hiring.
