We are seeking a highly compassionate, Program Assistant, to join our team that is willing to make a positive impact and difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to our individuals in a facility-based real-world program.
Duties:
- Teach, empower, and support individuals with disabilities - Develop and implement daily lessons with our team of staff, based on ISP/Goal Sheets, personal choice and needs of our individuals - Instruct daily educational activities as directed in the facility and/or community - Transport individuals throughout the community (agency vehicle provided)
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent and one-year experience in industrial work, sheltered workshop, or another rehabilitative program Valid Driver's License Criminal Background Clearance Good oral and written communication skills This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of those with disabilities.
