Property Manager
Millennia Housing Management, a successful property management company located in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Property Manager for Poet's Village in Indiana, PA.
Experience managing Project Based Section 8 HUD properties and OneSite is preferred.
People skills are also critical to the success of the Property Manager.
This is a Full time position, with an excellent benefit package and attractive salary.

- Well organized and attention to detail
- Processing applications and certifications
- Weekly and monthly financial reports
- Budget compliance
- Excellent customer service
- Supervise maintenance staff
- Ensure the curb appeal is impeccable
- Ensuring that Section 8 HUD regulations are adhered to
Requirements:
We are looking for a person who has 3 to 5 years of property management experience at a multi-family property.
Compensation commensurate with experience, experience with subsidized properties preferred.
A COS or similar designation is desired.
