You generate lead lists for calls, direct mail and email marketing efforts that are designed to educate, inform and deepen relationships while incorporating established data cleansing procedures. You'll accesses various internal and external data sources for research and reporting and will work closely with our Customer Insights Analyst to develop and maintain marketing reports that help make mission-critical business decisions. We promise days busy with list management and date integrity exercises, but also encourage time for process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and analytical recommendations. You'll also be encouraged to assist with website development, reporting and maintenance to create great customer experiences through that channel. Essential Job Responsibilities__________________________________ 1. Uses Synapsys and Synapsys Marketing Manager, data warehouse (jhaKnow), Microsoft Excel, Synergy, SNL and other available software to generate reports, lead lists, email lists that will be used to educate, inform and deepen relationships with customers. Works with Customer Insights Analyst to develop and maintain reports. 2. Prepare trackback reports for marketing campaigns, including use of GoogleAnalytics and marketing email platform to track conversions that help us associate marketing activity with strategic business impact. 3. Coordinates mail merges and/or mail file preparation as needed internally or in conjunction with outsourced vendor mailings to help deliver high impact messages to customers and prospects 4. Work with programming staff to develop data extracts and reports to help us test, learn and understand our customers better. 5. Assist with ongoing website development and maintenance to create online experiences that exceed customer expectations. 6. Coordinates the annual and interim append of refreshed demographic variables for consumer clients, including physical import/export of data files to/from Experian and documentation of all data definitions so that we can learn more about our customers and their needs. 7. Produces effective marketing lead lists maintains the ongoing lead development and delivery schedule that supports strategic objectives to grow households and to deepen relationships. Utilize Synapsys Marketing Manager to generate and distribute call lists that are relevant to the specific business objectives. 8. To help us reach new customers and grow our households, coordinates acquisition of external prospect leads, including verification to budget and the allocation of costs associated with such lists. Also works with various vendors to ensure the greatest value is obtained from the list based on defined criteria. Uses SNL for lead generation for business prospects. 9. We are relentless about customer security and privacy so this position or implement procedures to scrub lists against all appropriate customer privacy data sources (i.e., National Do Not Call, PA Do Not Call, internally established lists and databases) to ensure adherence to all privacy-related legislation. 10. Uses other data sources (SNL, ABA industry resources-, etc.) and performs external research as necessary to help us create a better customer experience by evaluating proposed changes to product lines, customer segments and/or geographic footprint as requested by management. Interprets information and makes recommendations to help make mission-driven business decisions. 11. Uses SNL or other similar software or application to generate maps as requested by management that help us understand where our customers are and how to better serve them. Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________ 1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance or Accounting (or related field) or equivalent experience is required. 2. Minimum of three (3) years of database management experience and experience with Microsoft Office packages (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) preferred. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to meet established deadlines required. 4. Experience with SQL and/or Microsoft Report Builder required or appropriate training secured within six months of start. 5. Ability to analyze data and interpret results and make recommendations for improvement required. 6. Strong analytical and mathematical skills and proficient communication and interpersonal relations are a must. Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills are required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Database AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
